As of January 2013, every post is 200 words (-ish)!
In those limited words, I try to include:
- Thoughts about random subjects that've been on my mind. Gratitude and being present in the moment are frequent themes, but I've also touched on incorporating child's play in to our adult lives, how I want to use my new Blackberry, getting enough sleep, and death - to name a few.
- Coaching exercises related to the subject, in case you're inspired to try an experiment or to think further about the topic introduced in the post.
- Quotations related to the subject. Just because my readers have told me they like them (and they don't count towards the word count!)
I really hope that you enjoy reading this blog. And, if you do, please...
- Share your comments on the posts. I'd love to not be the only one putting my thoughts out there on this blog and to create more of a dialogue. And then again, if you prefer to send me your comments anonymously, you can continue to send them to me via e-mail.
- Subscribe. There are settings that allow you to receive an e-mail every time I post something here. As there is no rhyme or reason to how often I post, this might be the best way to make sure not to miss anything. Below my photo and the blog archive to the right is a heading, "Follow by E-mail." Type your e-mail address there, hit "submit" and you're all set!
- Invite your friends and colleagues, or any one you think would benefit from reading these posts. While I'll post for 5, 10, or 500 people, it's nice to see readership growing. It's just kind of affirming that what I'm doing is making any kind of impact.
- Visit my website, sophieoberstein.com.
If you aren't enjoying it, of course you can stop visiting, and if you do, I'd love to know why. Please post your feedback on the blog - good or bad - at any time in the comments section below, or send to me offline.
All my very best to you in your pursuit of a fulfilling and productive life!
Best,
~ Sophie
